Anna Silk is Canadian actress who has been best known in Canada for her role of Bo. Silk is a Canadian actress who was born in Fredericton New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Peter Silk who was known as an accomplished actor and director. He was also a playwright, educator and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall the first moments in her life, including attending rehearsals and watching of stage plays. Silk appeared as a little model in a commercial. After getting engaged in 2008, the couple married in 2009. The couple renewed their vows on April 10th, 2011 in Fredericton, after the woman changed her religion to Judaism. Silk was blessed with the son Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. The second son of hers, Levi Aaron was born on May 13 2016. Silk is well-known for her role on television in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was awarded a nomination by her fellow actors for Gemini Awards. In 2009, she was cast in the main character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian television series Lost Girl. Silk revealed to her followers that she was expecting a baby in January 2013 at the Showcase Season Three Special. On June 4, 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the start of production on the fourth season. Then on June 20 2013 Silk posted on Twitter that she was back to the series. CNN Cable News Network named Bo as well as Lauren Zoie Palmer as the same-sex couple in Lost Girl to be one of its favorite TV Couples ever. E! Magazine declared the couple as one of the Top Television Couples of 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk has a huge online fan base on Facebook and Twitter as a direct result of its popularity.
